I’m Dennis. Pompano Beach resident, homeowner, and reluctant expert on what my neighbors are watching, arguing about, and apparently cooking at 10PM on a Tuesday. I step outside with a cup of coffee and someone else’s playlist becomes my day’s soundtrack. Without being asked.

This blog exists because South Florida residential life deserves documentation. The noise, the parking situations, the zoning decisions nobody reads until they affect them, and the particular experience of living in a neighborhood that has decided, collectively and without your input, that you are all one family now.
